Your role

We are looking for a technology and digital marketing specialist to join our Social Media Department (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc) as a Paid Social Media Specialist.
Your remit will include the following:
Campaign structure development: plan and execute a social strategy (organic and paid) based on business and branding goals.
Campaign management: execute, monitor and optimize paid social campaigns.
Campaign reporting: measurement and analysis of campaigns. Reporting and tracking of main KPIs.
A/B Multivariate testing: A/B testing strategy to test and learn best practices.
Creative: creation of ad copies and all the assets needed to activate the campaign.

Your Skills and Experience

Your skills and experience will ideally include:
Minimum of 3-4 years experience in paid social.
Proficient in Facebook Business Manager (purchase models, media metrics, etc.).
Certificates in Facebook and Twitter, desirable in LinkedIn.
Direct experience in managing large paid social campaigns, mainly based on results.
Expert in Excel.
Analytics skills.
Proactive attitude.
Focused on business goals.

The physical workplace will be in our offices in Barcelona.
