After another exciting year of growth forJet2.comandJet2holidays, we have some great opportunities forPassenger Service Agentsto join ourResort Flight Check-In Team in Resort on part-time Fixed Term contracts. This role will work as part of our Team on early shift mornings, afternoons or on a split-shift basis Monday to Sunday.
Reporting to theResort Flight Check-In Duty Manager, thePassenger Service Agent in Resortwill be responsible for:
Providing awarm and friendly welcome
Responsible for providing all our customers with an excellent check in service in the hotels
Offering additional discountsto our customers on their next flights withJet2.com
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, promoting the safety first culture
Providing our customers with clear instructions on their next steps once they arrive at the airport
Delivering fantastic customer service
Preparing next day's resort routes
The successful candidate will:
Have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Befluent in Englishwith agood understanding of Spanish
Have theright to workin the location that you are applying for
Preferablyhave afull driving licenceand yourown vehicle
Previous experience within the Airline or Travel industry is desirable, although this is not essential.
