Payroll Specialist

Job Title - SAP Payroll Consultant.Location: Spain.Job Type: Permanent Full-Time Employment.Work Mode: Fully Remote.No Visa Sponsorships are available.Overview-An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join one of our clients and support clients in an international environment.
The role involves providing payroll support to Spanish clients, focusing on SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors functionalities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage AMS tickets precisely, ensuring clear communication, categorization, and prioritization.Analyze issues, design solutions, configure systems, conduct testing, and oversee deployment.Collaborate with the team to achieve service objectives.Resolve incidents related to legal, corrective, evolutionary, and user support.Configure solutions according to SAP best practices.Perform system upgrades via LCPs, SPs, and SAP Notes.Conduct mass testing of processes after LCP implementations.Deliver functional documentation and ensure client documentation is updated as systems evolve.Maintain direct communication with clients in Spanish and English.Proactively identify and address errors based on insights from other clients.Review new SAP functionalities and assess their impact on clients.Required Experience amp; SkillsAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role.Strong expertise in Spanish payroll implementation and legislation.Hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll.Previous experience in international support or projects.This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and international setting, ensuring payroll solutions align with SAP best practices.If you have the required experience and are eager to contribute to a growing AMS team, apply today!
