Plan and lead on employee relations, legal and tax implications across geographies.Pre-empt future HR concerns through use of data and analytics, workforce planning, leveraging insights to proactively seek and implement solutions that impact the bottom line and enable business strategy .Partner with leaders and the Talent Acquisition COE to attract high-caliber talent and onboarding into the business.Be accountable for reviewing compensation programs and supporting compensation decisions outside of guidelines.Enable and co-lead enterprise-wide initiatives (for example leadership framework, digital workplace).Design and enable effective organization structures and ways of working, including the use of non-conventional workforcesWhat you will bringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:Strong business acumen and leadership in HR. Can partner and influence on strategic priorities, with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performanceAbility to build HR operating plans, people/capability roadmaps to enable people and business growthBroad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPGAbility to develop strong partnerships and coach senior function leadersAbility to create and lead change strategy and complex transformationAbility to engage, inspire, and influence peopleFuture focused, thinking ahead and anticipating opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trendsIn this role you will be a key leader in the Mondelez Supply Chain People Leadership Team for Europe and specifically focus on the following topics:Lead regional Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) Organization Pillar for Europe – building capability in Manufacturing People Leads in Standard Work Process and IL6S Tools (experience with IL6S type of methodologies is required)Active partner to Plant Leadership to build best in class Roadmaps in connection with the capability and transformation journeys of individual plantsDrive consistency of application across regional Manufacturing for key People Process’ – establish framework approaches as required (e.g. Compensation, Health & Wellbeing, etc.)Business Partner and influence Leadership Pillar / Senior Supply Chain Leaders regarding cultural change requirements for sustaining IL6S and other plant capability programmes, e.g. Digital ManufacturingFacilitate OPM / HPWS workshops on-site and remotelyBusiness Partner of Supply Chain Director and their Leadership TeamRepresent Europe in global forums and closely link with regional and global COE’s, e.g. Learning & Development or Supply Chain CapabilityThe responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelez Europe GmbH, Switzerland.Country to country Relocation support available through our Global Mobility PoliciesBusiness Unit SummaryMondelez International, Inc. empowers people to snack right in over 150 countries around the world.
