Our robust, scalable, powerful and feature-rich sports betting platform ensures that OptimaMGS is at the forefront of the gaming industryWe are looking for a Platform Product Owner with an excellent knowledge of ecommerce platforms ideally from both a B2B and B2C perspective including:Customer acquisition and retentionPersonalisation of customer experienceCustomer messaging.3rd party integrations content / payment processingCustomer optimisation.Customer management.THE CHALLENGE:Working closely with senior management to ensure that the company develops product that fits with its strategic goals.Working with internal and external Stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensuring that the project scope has been interpreted correctly.Working collaboratively to produce and manage the Company’s development road map and ensuring that there is always a suitably prioritized backlog of user stories ready for implementation.Aligning the development team around a vision and roadmap for the product, informed by strategic and product roadmap.Being the ambassador for the product and the primary contact for queries relating to the product. Suggesting features to improve the platform experience for both customers and operators, producing user specifications with sufficient details about the product features that they can be clearly understood by the development teams.Breaking down the specification into epics/features/user stories that guide the Agile development team.Understand the business value behind feature requests and be able to prioritise them in the development backlog.Working with the development team and monitoring the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope. Taking part in demonstrations of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.Continually researching the market, our competitors, customer usage behaviour and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market leading products.YOUR PROFILE:You should have a fundamental understanding of the customer experience and optimisation in an ecommerce environment – ideally in the online gaming domain.You should have experience with applying a data driven approach to customer experience.You will take responsibility for the delivered products that you own.You will have a collaborative attitude with all stakeholders during the visioning and scoping of projects.You need to be a creative and strategic thinker with problem solving skillsYou must have attention to detail in product design.You will have a good understanding of the development process and product development lifecycle and have experience of Agile methodologies.You will require good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work across different teams to deliver a common goalYou will have experience of defining a minimum marketable product and a minimum viable product.You will have experience in defining road maps and prioritizing project backlogs.You will have good presentation and leadership skillsYou will have a basic understanding of the technologies used in product development.Degree or higher level of education.
