Description:Perform computations of organic molecules and periodic materials.
Evaluate ground and excited state properties.
Perform data treatment of the results and develop machine learning models.

Hold a PhD in Chemistry, Physics, Material Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or equivalent.
Specific Requirements
Experience in electronic structure calculations of periodic solids.
Experience in managing computations in supercomputers.
Skills in coding in python.
Very good reading and writing skills in english
Languages ENGLISH Level Excellent

Eligibility criteria
A specific committee will evaluate the applications using the following criteria:

Selection processThe specific committee will agree upon an award proposal and draw up a prioritized shortlist of candidates who have achieved a minimum of 60 pointsor declare the call for applications null and void if none of the applicants reach the minimum score.
The award proposal will be published in the UB's electronic office and must include the total scores of the candidates that have received a total of at least 60 points.
