Our goal is to match medicines to those patients who will benefit the most.About the Precision Medicine AcademyThis is an exciting opportunity to join a unique programme within AstraZeneca to train and learn about precision medicine. We are looking for candidates with a science background who are curious about precision medicine, who are highly self-motivated and who have a passion to learn.You'll be encouraged to make a real contribution to our project teams delivering new precision medicines from day one. You'll find yourself involved in the shaping of precision medicine strategies and the development of diagnostic tests for our drug projects across all our therapy areas.During the first three years, you will complete five different six-month placements across the Precision Medicine & Bio samples organization, complemented by an intensive formal education programme, so that you can undertake a comprehensive learning experience across all aspects of bringing precision medicine to patients.Working collaboratively with talented scientists and experienced mentors, you'll have all the support you need to learn, take on challenges, and drive your development.
