With technical knowledge and proven sales skills, the pre-sales engineer plays a key role in enabling the partners and developing the business together with the sales organization (SAM, AM, BDM).
Demonstrate and evangelize the Arrow value proposition: strategy, positioning, services offering (training, support, Global Delivery, financial services, etc.).
Needs to have a broaden knowledge of their products channel, the market opportunities and the competition.
Frequent communication with partners and customers.
Be a subject matter experton Data Center (servers, storage and networks).
Knowledge of Linux, Kubernetes, OpenStack, OpenShift, JBoss
Experiencein open source, principallyRedhat
Good communication skills both in English and Spanish.
Cooperation and teamwork.
Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload.
