Role Description:Process Analyst is responsible to support Service Desk Operations with developing impactful roadmaps for improving workflows and processes and establish a daily monitoring and analysis of KPIs in line with global directives. Detection of skill gaps and areas to improve with the corresponding delivery of specific feedback, mentorship and standard methodologies. Weekly and monthly report creation to share meaningful trend, actions, plans and opportunities based on quality findings and results.
Essential requirements:Proficient English, Spanish and other European Language;
1-year minimum experience in Nomad Service Desk;
Proven Initiative and excellent Interpersonal skills both written and verbal;
Quality orientation, organization and attention to details;
Guiding qualities and inspiring attitude;
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses
Strong MS Office skills
Special working hours readiness to provide 24x7 quality support
