We're looking for a hands-on and results-drivenProcess Engineerto improve, standardize, and scale up our assembly operations within the plant.
Your Mission
Define, optimize, and document assembly processes for current and new vehicle models.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, increase quality, and improve workstation ergonomics.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to ensure process reliability and stability.
Support industrialization of new products: tooling definition, line balancing, and layout design.
Monitor process KPIs and lead root cause analysis of deviations or inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and lean manufacturing standards.
What You Bring
Degree inIndustrial, Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
+3 years of experience as Process Engineer in assembly environments (preferably automotive or OEM).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, time studies, work instructions, PFMEA, and control plans.
Experience in layout design, line balancing and ergonomics analysis.
Solid understanding of tooling and equipment for manual and semi-automated assembly.
Proficient in Excel, AutoCAD, and industrial engineering tools.
Fluent inEnglish and Spanish.
