Receive the procurement need through our internal platform.
Identify internally (using different databases) the more suitable supplier and eventual current price.
Contact the corresponding supplier to agree on the due quality cost and delay (QCD).
Enter the PO in our internal ERP platform.
Update the request in the internal platform with the compromised QCD, in order to inform the internal client.
Follow up with the vendor about the delivery status.
In case of QCD modification, update the internal client about it, and modify the date in the ERP platform accordingly.
Once the goods have arrived, create a reception order.
Manage delivery notes and corresponding documentation (shipment, quality and other documentation)
Periodically review with finance and operations the administrative KPIs.
At least 3 years experience in a similar position.
Experience: ideally having worked in a tech company or startup.
Professional Education, is a plus.
Experience with ERP software and Excel.
Good level of written English.
Organized, efficient, able to prioritize.
