Doppo by Zurich is a new digital initiative of Zurich Insurance in Spain and is looking to put a dynamic and innovative team of insurance and technology experts together.
The goal is to offer to the Spanish clients a complete new digital insurance experience.

Our team needs to incorporate people who make a difference and have a true passion for providing a better service to the business development. As a new member of this team you will participate in the generation of the management information necessary for the correct management of the business both from the point of view of volume and profitability.
You will provide the business areas with the necessary information for the analysis required at any given time according to the needs.
The main business areas served are the Subscription and Product Area.
You will also participate in the creation of new reports adapting them to the different needs and initiatives of the areas. For this, in direct dependence on the Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Prepare periodically (daily, weekly or monthly) reports with business information defined both for monitoring volumes and profitability at different levels of detail (products, commercial areas, sales channels, etc.).
Design and develop new business and product reports through innovative solutions that allow the evolution of existing reports to adapt them to the needs of each moment.
Perform detailed analyzes of certain more specific aspects of business to identify possible deviations or determine their causes.
Assistance to business users (Subscription and Sales mainly) on issues related to the management information of their areas.
Propose new solutions or improvements for our products based in the analysis of the data.
Collaborate with other areas and implementation team.
Your Skills and Experience
Min. 3-4 years of experience working in insurance sector (direct insurer will be a plus)
Experience in Motor Insurance and/or personal lines.
Knowledge and experience Underwriting
Excellent capabilities in Office
Fluent communication in both English and Spanish
Knowledge of pricing or data mining tools will be a plus.
Goal oriented attitude with a proactive approach
Very good communication skills
Problem solver with strong analytical mind-set
Capability to work in fast changing and innovating environment
