Leading, development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Independently lead needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance. Clearly demonstrated ability to perform fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights. Ability to lead completion of needed advanced data models and analytics. Identifying and prioritizing new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization. Lead/execute complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams. Actively coaches others in less senior positions.Specific Job Responsibilities: The role will oversee the coordination of marketing, impacted IT areas, operations and other cross functional areas, as needed, to achieve the necessary time critical portfolio outcomes while also coordinating dependencies on other development projects. Lead a cross regional / cross functional projects coordinating both development as well as ensuring product value, customer experience and customer journey mapped to appropriate systems to integrate solutions while tying it to key value (revenue, efficiency, etc.). This person will need to be able to work at a fast-pace, be strategic minded, able to view and discuss the initiatives at a high level as well as a detailed level depending on the audience, and be self-sufficient but work with needed collaborations within the portfolio. Strong communication skills both written and verbal, excellent storytelling and simplifying complex concepts for broader understanding. • Establish and use fact-based data analysis to deliver strategic business growth direction and insights to establish key strategic business drivers. Able to identify and prioritize opportunities and develop compelling business cases along with executive level presentations. • Define, align, design and simplify products, portfolios and journeys• Ensure product foundations and readiness for expansion and globalization • Evolve customer experience and merged product/portfolios• Create competitive differentiators and competitive assessments• Maintain/grow product revenue • Effectively use presentation and communication skills to create and deliver fact-based presentations to all levels of Management• Leading business requirements for expansion of time critical services and special projects as they arise. • Use QDM principles to create, implement, and improve processes • Create and lead a cross-functional teams to develop strategic business cases, establish operational SOPs, and implement customer-driven design solutionSkills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus: • Prior experience in transportation product management with customer driven design • Experience in developing long term strategic roadmaps • Familiarity with IT development concepts and AgileDomicile: This position will be domiciled in Memphis, TN and Uniontown, OH. Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalency in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field. Five (5) years’ work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience. A directly related Master’s Degree is equivalent to two (2) years experience.
