ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for passion, creativity, and commitment.
If you are seeking for a mission-critical role where you get to combine your product management and software development expertise with business challenges, being a key member of our Barcelona Office, Strands is waiting for you! As a Product Owner, you will help to develop the product vision by working closely with Managers, C-level and stakeholders and execute such vision by cooperating with a team of talented engineers.

???You will be doing things like... Create and execute the vision for the product bringing together multi-disciplinary talented teams to deliver commercially viable and compelling productsOverseeing team projects removing blockers, ensuring project scope, and setting accurate timelines and deadlinesEnsures user stories, product ideas and improvements are ready for development to start work on it by providing strategic and hands-on leadership to a strong multidisciplinary teamDefine Acceptance Criteria to validate product developments in order to define the optimal testing strategy to be executed by our Quality Assurance teamDocument product features and work closely with Marketing team to create sales collateralDrive the release management process from the initial planning to the training of our Sales teamSet and review KPIs for the future improvements of our strategic development processCreate or review product ideas to evaluate their inclusion in the product backlogParticipate to pre-sales activities, presentation of the solutions/products to prospect clientsEngage with customers (either directly or through the delivery team) in order to gain first-hand knowledge of market feedback to develop valuable insightsAnticipate future product evolutions by keeping track of industry trendsLead market research processes to understand the requirements and user pains before building new features ??You will be using your... 5+ years of work experience.
At least 1 year of experience in Product Management having a leading roleExperience from fast-paced work environments such as fintech and/or startupBSc.
or MSc.
in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fieldsBalance of technical knowledge and business acumenProven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindsetEstablished background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams.
High degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, understanding of Agile principlesProactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to prioritize effectively and get things doneExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentAbility to quickly create trust with both internal and external clientsHigh degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.
