OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTIONDrive sales in order to achieve and exceed budget.TASKS- Achieve set sales target for the region:- Develop launch plan for new Visian Family across the region (Main focus Toric ICL).- Train new surgeons in the region.- Key account program.- Drive ICL / TICL according to set targets.- Sales and promotion in territory:- Customer structure and strategy.- Support customer service:- Calculations and complaints.- Lead back office resources for selling/marketing/servicing business customers:- Proactive communication externally and internally to optimize process outcomes and market results.- Market feedback on product performance and improvement requirement:- Marketing activities.- Practice development in territory.- Process improvement:- Provide ongoing input and support back office to become efficient and effective.REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS- Education:Certified optician desired.- Special Knowledge:Knowledge of medical devices in general.English skills.- Personality:Open-minded and flexible.Strong team player.Creative and independent way of working.Strong in concept creation and analysis.- Professional Experience:Experience in a similar position in Ophthalmology.#J-18808-Ljbffr
