We are currently looking for a Product Training Consultant EMEA to plan and deliver training courses and workshops for both clients and internal delegates. These courses will help delegates to fully understand how to use Experian Decision Analytics solutions to deliver (build) systems as well as manage a portfolio at each stage of the customer life cycle. The trainings are delivered across multiple divisions and countries in EMEA to meet changing industry, business and technical requirements for new products and services.

· Deliver effectively highly specialized business and technical trainings across multiple markets to audiences with a wide range of intellects and experience (trainee through to director)

· Closely work with markets and resourcing to identify training needs

· Keep abreast of current and future solutions and understand new products, versions and technologies; tailor courses when required

· Proactively liaise with subject experts to gain Experian expertise and best practice to meet the needs of the delegates

· Discuss training requirements and trends to keep courses current and relevant

· Be independent in the planning of client and internal trainings, liaise with delegates and managers

· Ensure all facilities are available for on-site trainings

· Research and recommend new methods of producing and delivering training materials


3+ 3 years’ experience trainings delivery and/or solution delivery of complex solutions

· Strong knowledge of computer systems and processes; background in high numeric and/or IT field

· Strong problem solving and analytical skills

· Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and ability to quickly become a subject matter expert

· Ability to successfully explain complicated concepts and adjust examples to meet custom situations

· Manage multiple stakeholders from various countries and cultures

· Presentation, training and people management skills

· Demonstrate high level of ownership of responsibilities

· Flexibility, adaptability and change management

· Disposition to travel up to 50%

· Fluent English written and spoken

· Experience in a relative industry (Credit, Banking, Collections, Identity and Fraud, Customer acquisition, Customer Management) will be considered as an advantage

· Capacity of preparation and design of innovative and effective training courses and materials will be considered as an advantage
