Lead and Manage the operations and performance improvement activities of department\area of control to meet scheduled production requirements to quality, cost and safety standards. Fully contribute to the development of the factory MBS and OPL. HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT – To lead towards maintaining, promoting and developing high health &safety and environment standards and to carry out all duties and specific responsibilities in compliance with Health & Safety and Environment Policies and Procedures. QUALITY - ensure systems are developed and utilized to comply with Food Safety and Quality Policies and Procedures, including continuous improvement in NQMS, improve and achieve GMP standards. PERFORMANCE – manage the development and achievement of all key performance targets in area of control. Develop appropriate systems and controls to ensure that all production is efficiently planned, whilst achieving all safety, quality, costs and performance requirements. Leasing with technical support teams, ensure that plant performs at a high standards and operating efficiencies. Manage weekly and monthly factory variances. Disciplinary action up to and including dismissal. BUDGET - control annual fixed and variable budgets, continually challenge costs, and develop the MBS and OPL in conjunction with the rest of the management team. Academic Experience: Preferably degree or equivalent combined with 4-5 years Production\Engineering management experience.
