* Scope management, during concept and design phases, and during fabrication/construction;
* Costs management, including updating, reporting and tracking costs and detailed estimation, in the respect of the project budget;
* Time management, in respect with the delivery date agreed with the client;
* Managing and coordinating 3rd party contractors, sub consultants and suppliers, including the selection process and the contract management, (tender documents with all terms and conditions, technical specifications, preparation of contracts and purchase orders, overall supervision of the work, monitoring of costs, quality and schedule variances, change orders, etc.);
* Human resources planning and hiring, ensuring accordance throughout all project stages;
* Integration and execution of work on site: managing a team of creative, architecture and engineering, production, construction as well as support staff to see the project to completion;
* Stakeholder management and proper communication channels;
* Identifying and monitoring project risks, and implementing appropriate mitigation measures and action plans;
* Periodic progress reviews, reporting and MoM management with Client, team and contractors;
* Commissioning and handling various safety, technical and financial audits;
* Carefully tracking and managing billing, submittals, variations and EOT claims;

Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Project Manager of medium to large projects (€ 8 million +); Experience in the simultaneous management of several types of activities, such as design, fit-out, construction, and MEP, in terms of sector of activity, and, finance, programme and contract management, and team leadership, in terms of management activities; Experience in the following consultancy fields: mainly construction, architecture, interior fit-out, or exhibition professional services firms;Very good interpersonal and communication skills;Developed business acumen, comfortable with the financial reality of projects (profitability, cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.);Team player and inspiring leader for fellow project team members;Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, processes and tools;Strong analytical and planning capabilities;University degree in management (bachelor's level) or any other relevant university training; PMP certification an asset;Highly comfortable managing a client and catering to client requests on a day to day basis;Perfect command of English and if possible Arabic;Must have an international experience in the UAE preferably, but Gulf/ MENA experience will also be considered.Special experience in museum & exhibition production will be appreciated.Availability for international mobility to projects
