To build the knowledge of consultants along with formulating training strategies forclients and internal staff members.Project Managers are appointed to manage projects for the commercial lending business.Prepare final scoping information, Implementation Services Definition document informationand project plans for implementation projects that have been won by FISManage all project staff working on projects (including internal staff, contractors and alsostaff from other relevant FIS business units).
