You will run the recruitment administrative activities, supporting the effective and efficient running of the recruitment processWill be Updating the applicant tracking system at all stages and ensuring data integrityYou will be working across multiple countries and culturesYou will build and maintain positive working relationships between all parties and ensure that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes.Management of day to day queries ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary.Completing regular reporting as required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word & ExcelExcellent interpersonal skills and a good phone manner, and able to build strong working relationshipsAbility to work as a team, supporting colleaguesPreferable experience of working with recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) and maintaining a high level of data integrity or other databasesHigh attention to detailPreferably a background in working in a large corporateExperience of managing multiple conflicting priorities with the ability to maintain a positive relationship with the colleagues you support.Fluent in Spanish and English .
