You will actively be responsible for the EU program for your specific location - handling the hire plan including the delivery of both internal transfers, external hires and assignments to agreed deliverables.
You will be responsible for developing and handling the Experienced Recruitment relationship with business leaders and regional partners across the businesses and function, including Group Heads, Hiring Managers, COOs and HRBPs.
You will partner with the Recruitment Project Lead and Hiring Managers to build and implement the optimal sourcing strategies for this project - using internal & external sourcing channels including social media, networking, research, referrals, internal mobility, company website, on-line job boards and web-based search engines.
You will run effective relationships with external recruitment agencies and search firms in alignment with firm-wide vendor review and selection process for the duration of the project ensuring that they are aware of our strict deadlines and need for expediency.
You will deliver a consistent, high quality candidate and client experience through teamwork and integrity in all contact with applicants, hiring managers and HR colleagues
To be successful in this role you will have:
Significant hands-on in-house recruitment recruiting banking professionals.Understanding of the local market and country rules and regulations as it relates to recruitment.Excellent organisation, written and verbal interpersonal skillsHigh level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards - the ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.Proven relationship building, influence and consultation skills with a track record in closing candidates.Experience utilising candidate management / tracking systems and other on-line recruiting and sourcing tools.
Language skills - fluency in English and Spanish
