We are looking for aQA Leadwith talent to join our team for a leading multinational in the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the definition and implementation of quality strategies at a transversal level.
• Define governance models and quality maturity frameworks across the organization.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align on QA best practices and tools.
• Promote the use of test automation frameworks.
• Engage in communities of practice and foster continuous improvement.
• Act as a key point of contact for global quality assurance topics.
Skills
• 5+ years of experience in QA, test management or software quality roles.
• Strong knowledge in test strategy, governance and quality models.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman).
• Experience working in agile environments, ideally with SAFe.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2+ level).
