Proven experience as a Project Lead or Team Lead within a Realistic 3D Character Art team in a game development environment;Ability to manage and review the quality of the team's output, ensuring it meets artistic and technical standards;Skills in mentoring, guiding, and resolving artistic and technical challenges within the team, as well as providing clear, constructive feedback;A refined artistic eye and commitment to high-quality visual standards;Comprehensive industry knowledge of current pipelines, tools, and trends;Strong expertise in full-cycle character creation, including high-poly sculpting (ZBrush), SubD modeling (3ds Max / Maya), topology for animation, cloth simulation (Marvelous Designer), anatomy, UV mapping, texture baking, and texturing (Substance Painter);Upper-Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken) for seamless collaboration and documentation;if you have Experience with game engines (Unreal 4 / 5, Unity, etc.
