About the Regional Revenue Operation Manager role... We are looking for a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations professional to help align and optimise our go-to-market teams. In this role, You'll play a key role in unifying go-to-market teams, aligning goals, and helping the organisation achieve sustainable revenue growth. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and on supporting and optimising the sales processes within a specific geographic region, ensuring alignment with company-wide sales goals and providing actionable insights to drive performance. The role often involves working closely with regional sales teams, sales leaders, and cross-functional departments such as marketing, finance, and customer success. What you'll do… Regional Strategy Development : Collaborate with regional leadership to design and execute revenue strategies that align with company goals and priorities. Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyse regional performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps; prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
