Building trust and credibility with clients through effective consultation at all stages of the recruiting process
Taking ADVISORY ROLE to the business and act as a TOP CONTACT on all recruitment matters
Understanding current/future hiring needs and recommend the right sourcing strategies for the business
Utilizing creative sourcing techniques (general recruitment) and branding strategies to attract and cultivate diverse talent pipelines,
Finding points to improve in the recruitment process and create solutions
Ensure that we are delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction, involving liaising with clients,
Ensuring consistent process management that balances compliance, business need and optimal candidate experience
Experience of full life cycle recruiting
Strong client management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills
Creative mind-set for suggesting ideas that improve team's ability to meet hiring objectives
Can do attitude, proactive, passioned about recruitment
Fluent in Spanish is must
