Nuestro cliente es una importante multinacional retailer perfumería y cosmética.
Buscamos un perfil " Data Analytics" que venga del sector Retail, capaz de identificar riesgos y oportunidades para mejorar el margen bruto de productos retail.
A través del análisis de los datos (sell-out, customer performance, rebajas, épocas de mayor venta etc) se pretende indentificar riesgos (stocks obsoletos o slow moving) tanto oportunidades (productos con gran venta en una determinada época del año) se pretende diseñar estrategias de pricing & promotion para conseguir mejorar el margen de ventas.
La posición se denomina Revenue Growth Management Coordinator.
Salario 40K-45K + 5% variable + benefits.
MISSION As part of the Category Management & Merchandising Department , you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following mission:
You will play a critical role to drive company´s profitability by identifying opportunities to increase revenue, optimize pricing strategies and aligning market efforts with revenue goals.
You will lead strategies that maximize revenue and profitability across all business channels.
It is required to have a strong understanding of data analytics, customer behaviors and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
FUNCTIONS Design and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and improve profit margin.
Analyze market trends, customer data and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with offer, sales and finance teams to align efforts with revenue objectives.
PRICING&PROMOTION Lead promotional planning and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Develop data driven pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market competitiveness.
DATA ANALYTICS AND PERFORMANCE TRACKING KPI Monitoring (Revenue growth, profit margins…) Use data visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio…) to present actionable items to stake holders Create Revenue forecast and conduct scenario analysis to support decision making EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS Economics or Engineer background is a plus Strong financial and analytical skills is a must Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (PowerBI) Programing language such a SQL and/or Python is a plus Effective communication within Top Management environment Excellent relationship abilities both for internal and external stakeholders Resilience to working in a highly dynamic environment English is a must and French is a plus Minimum 5 years of experience WHAT WE OFFER TO THIS ROLE Be part of the strategical decision to fuel the growth of the company Partner with the leadership team on driving price and product strategy Be part of a company that bets for Internal Promotion Flexible working hours and hybrid work model (2 days HO per week)
