RISK Consulting is supporting the RISK function in its strategic projects and its transformation plan for many years now. Building on its success, it has been decided to extend its international footprint by opening a new office in (Location TBC) .

Leveraging on RISK Consulting methodologies, expertise and network, the RISK Consulting Internal Consultants will work in close collaboration with the central RISK Consulting team, the local RISK Services Management and other RISK teams, as well as relevant Business and Functions stakeholders.

The RISK Consulting Internal Consultants will lead and contribute to projects around the RISK Consulting's four areas of expertise:
Regulatory,

Operational Efficiency,

Innovation and new ways of working,

Organization.

The projects can cover all the RISK activities, locally or elsewhere in the world and can be conducted in collaboration with the central RISK Consulting team.

The local RISK Consulting team is reporting globally to the Head of RISK Consulting in Paris (RISK COO/RISK Solutions) and locally to the Head of RISK Services.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Contribute to the definition, coordination, preparation, follow-up and implementation of RISK projects (e.g. Regulatory, Operational Efficiency, Innovation or Organization-related)

Frame the project scope and objectives together with the Sponsor

Define the project's deliverables and planning

Define and implement the project's governance

Identify and mitigate the project's risks

Secure the project's delivery by escalating any issue and propose relevant mitigation actions

Participate to the RISK Consulting internal life, especially by contributing to the RISK Consulting internal projects

Contribute to the promotion of the RISK Consulting teamwithin RISK and more globally within BNP Paribas Group

Education Level: Master's degree or equivalent
Experience Level: 2 to 8 years

Previous experience in Consulting or Project Management and related methodology/tools
