We are looking for two kind of profiles: Sales, where you main responsibilities will be: - Inbound/Outbound calls to identify and get in touch with decision makers. - Find ways to sell products in the face of a down market - Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly - Analyze and creates a plan for engaging the target market - Train other sales people in the art of selling - Demonstrate superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines And Customer Service: - Process orders from new and existing customers received via various media streams - Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers - Complete all administration and statistical information within our database to maintain accurate and up-to-date records - Keep yourself updated at all times with information regarding the Company - Complete other duties and responsibilities within the company as required - Data Accuracy - Ability to gain immediate credibility and trust - Browsers knowledge - A positive and can-do attitude - Communicate effectively and professionally with others - Excellent customer focus and the ability to work to tight deadlines - Value accountability across the board and take ownership of issues from start to finish. - High school diploma, plus one or more years of experience in customer service or sales - Ability to speak and write English fluently - Be able to multi-task and have strong interpersonal skills. - Highly professional written and verbal communication skills - Full-time contract, 39 hours/week - Competitive Salary - Initial training - A permanent presence of coaches who will facilitate your personal and professional development - Employment with the world's largest provider of contact center services - Excellent work environment, great colleagues, social arrangements and personal development - International business casual environment - Long Term Contract - Competitive Benefits package!
