Sales Executive – Spain

Qobo Group is seeking to hire a Sales Executive to join our Sales team with a particular focus in the Spanish market.
In the role of Sales Executive, you will be actively seeking out and pursuing new sales opportunities for our award-winning Qobrix Real Estate software, through cold calling, networking, social media, and any other business platforms.
You will establish contact and develop relationships with prospects, evaluate customer needs, identify selling possibilities, and recommend solutions.
Now is an exciting time for Qobrix which is continuously expanding, and our aim is to become a global leader in the Real Estate software industry with very innovative products to be launched and are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team and grow with us!
Responsibilities Presenting, promoting and selling the company's products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersReach out to customer leads through cold callingEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsMeeting or exceeding sales goalsPreparing weekly and monthly reportsTravelling may be requiredThe majority of business is done over the phone but must be able to communicate well via email and face to faceQualifications Sales : 2+ yearsFluent in SpanishExcellent interpersonal skillsHighly self-motivatedStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficePrioritizing, time management and organizational skillsRelationship management skills and openness to feedbackExperience in Real Estate will be considered an advantageAn attractive remuneration package will be offered.
Base salary plus commission.
