Job Overview The core duties of the post are to identify, design and execute plans that help the company's business grow as well as develop new products, services and lines of business to increase and sustain that growth.
Responsibilities and Duties Handle inquiries, create and improve service proposals for our existing and new clients.Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clientsSupervise accounts daily to retain existing relationshipsResponsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriersResponsible for achieve sales goals to aid in achieving targetsNurture new sales leads to secure businessResponsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clientsResponsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfactionBuild relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-oneDevelop our EU agents network in assigned areas and targets.Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities. Qualifications 3+ years in freight forwarding industry or logistics related businessAir / Ocean Freight Import or Export experience in freight forwarding with leadership experience will be an advantageAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environmentKnowledge of all Import/Export regulations and documentsExcellent verbal & written communication skills (Spanish and English, Chinese a plus)Exceptional customer service and follow up skillsGreat teamwork and communication skills, attend to detailsThe ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.What we offer Targeted development opportunities on a professional level;Competitive compensation and benefits;A pleasant and international atmosphere.
