Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the UPS Sales Team in Electrification Business Area in Spain, driving sales volumes and margins. In this role, you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities
- Using your knowledge of customers' needs and ABB's solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
