Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company with over 20 years of experience in Customer Experience services, is seeking a Salesforce Architect.
Duties and Responsibilities: Develop data architecture roadmaps, define scope, prioritize tasks, and set delivery timelines, while addressing technical debt.Create architectural solutions encompassing technology and services, ensuring security, license management, and alignment with enterprise standards, covering product, integration, and architecture domains.Review and ensure the quality of solutions to meet business needs and strategic goals.Identify and propose innovative product designs, driving product-level innovation for quick wins and benefits within the product roadmap.Support testing processes to ensure compliance and address risks, licenses, and security issues.Lead community practices by providing thought leadership, training, and mentorship to enhance business, technical, and product architecture capabilities.Experience and Skills: Minimum of 4 years in a similar role, such as Salesforce Technical Lead.Strong understanding of platform functionality, development, organization, and methodologies.Solid background as a solutions architect, contributing to strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans for large-scale projects.Experience working across project lifecycles with vendors and third parties.Ability to evaluate vendor proposals and advocate for cost-effective solutions.Experience in analyzing business processes and client needs.Proficiency in core application technologies.Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to improve services and customer experience.What We Offer: Permanent contractFlexible schedule supporting work-life balanceCertification programs with main partnersHome office optionsFlexible benefits (public transport, meal tickets, etc.
