As anApplication & Reporting Support Specialistyour main responsibilities will involve
Working with the OD & HR Strategy team to support GJM Maintenance and IT related tasks providing support as well as process improvement.
Coordinate implementation of changes/new job sub-families in their impacted system
Support countries with mass upload exercises - jobs review, restructures and big volume changes.
Data Gathering for SOX Controls Review (reporting, monitoring, consolidation and database updating
Access management to different HR tools (assign, modify or revoke access
Deployment activities (transports to SAP and cutover activities
Data maintenance in SAP according to customer requests and approved processes.
Data quality reviews and process cycle support (on premise processes
Cooperation and help in optimizing HR processes.
P articipation and partial responsibility in various projects
Your Skills and Experience
As an Application & Reporting Support Specialist your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Knowledge of SAP HR
University level education or equivalent
Over 0 -3 years of experience
High IT affinity and quick comprehension
Service and solution-oriented team player with a hands-on mentality
Strong written and spoken communication skills with the ability to make occasional presentations
Ability to work alone with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Good attention to detail
Consistently displays a positive approach to the working environment
Demonstrates commitment to ethical professional practice
Fluent in English and Spanish
