SAP Workstream Leader Operations

As a seasoned SAP leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing a multinational company's SAP project.
With at least 8 years of experience in SAP leadership roles, specifically in PP/PM/QM areas, you will be responsible for leading internal and external teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
This ensures that the team is aligned with the company's IT strategy and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage the internal and external Team to ensure alignment with company IT strategy and objectives.
Participate actively in Project implementations where the area is involved.
Estimate efforts, workload, and costs within the area and track progress.
Lead and perform application support in the area.
Define and implement company vision and strategy within SAP areas: PP/PM/QM.
Act as key point of contact for business counterparts (Business Process Owner - BPO) and other global and local IT colleagues.
Collaborate closely with BPOs to advise on appropriate solutions and participate in mid-term route map proposal.
Deliver SAP PP/PM/QM roadmap in scope, on time, and within budget.
