We are seeking a

Search Relevance Engineer

to join our international

E-commerce Technology team .
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about

search technologies ,

data processing , and

user experience optimization .
You will play a key role in enhancing the performance and relevance of our

search engine

across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Configure and fine-tune

search relevance parameters

using

Apache Solr .
Define and maintain

ETL data processing rules

to support search functionality.
Collaborate with

Product Owners ,

data analysts , and

search managers

across multiple countries to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Partner with

data scientists ,

backend developers , and

product managers

to improve

search algorithms , filters, and product mappings.
Participate in

technical discovery sessions

and

architecture discussions .
Produce and maintain

technical and functional documentation , and support knowledge transfer across international teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong interest in

search engine technology , particularly

Apache Solr .
Eagerness to learn or prior experience with

search algorithms ,

ETL workflows , and

relevance metrics

(e.g., precision, recall, nDCG).
Background in

technical support

(Level 1 or 2) is a plus.
High technical aptitude and ability to manage complex tasks independently.
Strong communication skills, team-oriented mindset, and a proactive, innovative approach.
