"Service is not to smile at customers, it's getting customers to smile at you".Role objective: As a member of ADP Global Security Organization (GSO) team, the primary role of the Global Third Party Risk Management Assessor is to audit ADP partners based on our GRC program, issue recommendations, and follow-up remediation plans. The Third Party Risk Assessor should perform audits on-site or remotely by collecting evidences, and support ongoing smooth improvements of the applications and systems or our partners.Responsibilities:Key Duties/TasksConduct third party risk assessments / audits (including IT & Security, business process and governance) to validate compliance of ADP partners with business policies and controlsIdentify and report potential areas of improvement, and provide practical recommendations to our partners to enhance the internal control environment and areas to improve their efficiencyPrepare, organize, and archive all reviews and audit work papers following industry standards Review policies, guidelines, and procedure documents to determine compliance and management controlsInterview process owners, vendors, and consultants to assess the design and operating effectiveness of IT, business process controls, and management oversight while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions with IT and Business Departments' personnelPerformance MeasuresResponsible for establishing audit guidelines according to industry and organizational standards Responsible for auditing all ADP network of partners Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of remediation plansResponsible for maintaining a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies and best practices that could help our partnersQualifications:ExperienceSenior professional with over 5 years working experience, and at least 2 as auditorProficient in the audit techniques of business process reviews and information systems.Possess an extensive technical breadth through experience in the IT industry. This breadth should be in areas of IT and SecurityA major task of the Third Party Risk Assessor is to communicate complex technical information to all stakeholders, including those who do not have a technical background. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are also requiredAnalysis of key trends, giving the IT organization the capability to lead the enterprise, not just responds to requestsInternational exposureSkillsHigh Level of organizational skills. Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skills. Perfect communications skills facing user groupsAbility to interact with individuals at multiple levels of an organizationStrong skills in managing international teamsInternational culture and ability to work in a multinational environmentOpen mindedProfessional able to effectively cope with change and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty, not upset when things are up in the airMaintains a positive attitude in difficult situationsEducationUniversity degree or equivalent in education or experienceA CIA, CISA, and/or CISSP certification is a plusProficient in at least English language.
