What are we looking for?
As Senior Digital Content Manager here at Hotwire, you’ll use your expertise and passion for the digital space (digital comms strategies, digital contents, advertising, marketing, etc) to manage clients’ work and projects. You’ll be a creative and strategic thinker, passionate about tech, and with an ability to deliver excellent client service.
Daily you will:
Look after around 4-6 digital clients or projects.
Get your hands dirty; and be a real team player.
Be able to lead on client work when needed, as well as managing daily work.
Train junior team members to fulfil their tasks.
Have a results focused approach to your work; ensuring client delight through deliverables.
Have a strategic viewpoint to make the most of your resources.
Consistently think outside of plans to give your clients new and exciting ideas and improve processes.
3+ years’ experience within the Digital Comms space – ideally on tech companies (especially B2B) or working for B2B tech companies in an agency, but we are flexible on this.
Proven expertise planning and executing digital marketing campaigns; designing, building and maintaining a brand’s online presence; identifying trends and insights and optimizing campaign performance based on those insights; and using tools for social media management (i.e. Hootsuite), analytics & insights (i.e. Google Analytics), online brand monitoring (i.e. NetBase) and paid campaigns (i.e. Twitter & Facebook Ads).
A strong, proven track record in B2B Comms is preferable, but not essential – you should however have a true passion for emerging technology.
Fluent in English, both conversational and writing skills. An important part of the interview will be in English.
Experience working with global brands; understanding the need for localization.
Strategic and innovative thinking, both for clients and the agency.
An ability to multi-task and keep your cool under pressure.
