Senior Finance Manager, Indirect Procurement
The role is part of the central European Procurement Finance Team of CCEP to support all direct and indirect procurement categories with an overall spend of about 4.5bn EUR.
This role is the key finance business partner to all Indirect Procurement Tower Leads, monitoring all components of the indirect procurement operating results to drive maximum value across all countries within CCEP.
What to expect:
Leading, directing and developing the Indirect Procurement Finance team to deliver world class business partnering services to procurement stakeholders in particular to proactively support all activities during the 7SSP Procurement Sourcing Process
Business partnering with the Indirect Procurement Directors, delivering strategic guidance and executive level decision making support for the indirect procurement area of all indirect procurement categories incl. Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing and Corporate Indirect
Analyze and validate market projections for the relevant categories and their financial impact (risks and opportunities) for future Procurement decisions as well as initiating actions to Procurement and the Line of Business teams of each BU
Providing Finance support and guidance for the indirect procurement teams by e.g. providing business cases, make or buy analysis and supplier evaluations to effectively steer the right decision during a tender / Procurement initiative
Analyze, design and set up a European, cross-border co-packing and toll filling model while understanding transfer price and tax framework to maximize benefits on profit and loss and working capital
Create and facilitate new, innovative ideas when developing financial models to support supplier negotiations
Leading and directing the indirect procurement finance activities for Strategic planning and Annual business planning, as well as consulting on Forecasting and Financial Close cycles. Ensuring those support translates strategies into financial outlooks, while providing clear explanations on assumptions, variances and trends
Ensuring financial transactions, policies, systems, and procedures meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives and comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards, on the indirect procurement scope
Skills & Essentials:
MBA or MBA equivalent
Experience in FMCG/CPG company, first experience in leading a team preferred
Very clear focus on aligning own activities to company objectives to maximize savings
Excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities with the ability to create complex and innovate finance models and initiate actions with Procurement and Lino of Business teams accordingly
Comprehensive understanding of CCEPs core finance processes; knowledge of co-packing / toll filling processes are an advantage
High capability to work independently
Cultural sensitivity for working in a cross-country, cross-cultural environment
General understanding of energy markets and/or transportation market are a plus
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, second European language is a plus
