We seek aSenior Full Stack Developerwith extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will take technical ownership of critical systems, drive architectural decisions across multiple teams, and lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact services.
In our agile, DevOps-centric environment, you will mentor engineering leads, influence best practices, and shape design, delivery, and operations.
Position details:
100% remote position for candidates located in Spain.
High level of English required.
Responsibilities include:
Technical Strategy & Architecture:Define and evolve architecture for large-scale, microservices-based systems.
Lead cross-team design reviews ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
DevOps & Delivery:Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines, champion observability, resilience, and infrastructure as code.
Feature Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership:Own feature delivery, coordinate with Product, UX, and Operations, and translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps.
Quality & Standards:Establish coding standards, testing requirements, and performance benchmarks.
Introduce tools and processes to enhance productivity and quality.
Minimum Experience & Skills:
6–9 years of experience building and scaling distributed systems in agile/DevOps organizations.
Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices, and event-driven architectures (Kafka, Avro).
Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, container security, and infrastructure as code.
Proven track record in designing for high availability, performance, and maintainability.
Skills in performance tuning, capacity planning, and defining non-functional requirements.
Backend technologies: Java, Spring Boot, Entity Framework, REST.
APIs & Modeling: API-first (OpenAPI), UML.
