Your work-life opportunity: In the GX CIS and Africa Regional team you will be responsible for helping build the bridge between the global Glover Experience strategy and the Local teams. We are looking for someone to connect, understand and push forward solutions to improve the pain points couriers have in each market. By constantly travelling you will need to become the point of contact for all the local teams in Africa and CIS countries (Commonwealth of independent states) to make sure the couriers have satisfied couriers and fair metrics. You will need to have a data sensitive approach to identify, manage and track key performance indicators in each country and as a region. We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, lots of gas, creativity to think out of the box and passion for the work you will develop. Be a part of a team where you will: Travel across all the countries in the region CIS and Africa (Kenya, Ivory Coast, Morocco, Uganda, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Kirgkistan, Georgia, Ukraine and more to come)Understand and adapt the Glover Experience strategy for each of the different countries in the region Have analytical skills and be able to manage looker/excel/google spreadsheets to be able to develop several actions to implement GX pillars. Be able to create full communication strategies with clear KPIs and objectives to track, motivate local teams to execute this. And help them with content, channels, targets, and material for the riders/glovers.Create postmortem documents to analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countriesAnalyze market insights from focus groups, surveys, interviews, and others to understand the riders. You have: Degree in International Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or similar 3-5-year experience in Communications or Public relations department is a plusExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsHave a Data sensitive approach, fly in Excel and/or Google sheets. Analytical skills, attention to detail, results oriented, autonomous and efficient.Ability to work within a team and independently. Able to lead projects from strategy to execution and results tracking plus be able to roll them out in different teams and countriesPeople’s person, able to connect with different cultures, understand the pain points of couriers in each country and be creative enough to suggest and lead projects to improve Glovers satisfaction and fair kpis.Team-player and problem-solving skills, a very positive person Ability to execute fast and well-done activities and events.
