We are expanding and looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer to manage the company's client accounts, with a special focus on the Asian market.
What Will You Do in This Role?
You will be the key piece to ensure that our clients receive personalized technological solutions that address their most critical challenges, reducing quotation times and ensuring the competitiveness of our services.
You will work closely with areas such as Sales, Finance, Product Marketing and Purchasing, among others.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Organize, coordinate, and develop the business strategy for strategic clients of IP, Capacity, Colocation, and Security services, with a focus on the Asian market.
Coordinate internal areas involved in the client contract signing process, optimizing times.
Define the technical scope of client proposals.
Coordinate with the Purchasing area to obtain the best cost prices associated with ongoing offers.
Support the Sales area throughout the commercial negotiation process.
Follow up and coordinate internally everything related to the sales funnel of managed clients.
Validate the necessary information monthly for the preparation of client invoices.
Control the quality of services provided to clients.
Have in-depth knowledge of the services marketed by Telxius, from the functionalities and options of each service to the cost elements that make them possible.
Ensure the correct processing in the BSS of won opportunities to secure revenue as soon as possible.
What Are We Looking For?
Education : Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
Experience : 5 years in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical roles.
Languages : Native or C1 level Spanish C1 level English Knowledge of Asian languages (such as Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is highly valued Technical Knowledge : Knowledge of the Telecommunications market, especially the wholesale business.
Telecommunications networks and transmission systems in DWDM and Ethernet technologies.
IP networks based on Cisco and Juniper, as well as AntiDDoS solutions.
Solid knowledge of Colocation and Security services.
Familiarity with the needs and trends of the Asian telecommunications market.
Previous experience working with clients or projects in Asia.
