As a Senior Analyst on the Product and Pricing Analytics team, you will be focused on enabling data driven decision making through the development of analytics tools and conducting ad:hoc analysis to formulate next step recommendations. You will leverage the methodology, tools, and reporting available through our existing program and augment those with your own creative solutions to drive value in the business through data. This role requires you to think outside the box while maintaining analytical rigor.
Your role will involve...
:Developing, improving, and maintaining scalable pricing and promotion analytics platform to surface actionable insights and enable autonomous data driven decision making by business stakeholders
:Partnering closely with business stakeholders to identify increments to improve scalability and analytics rigor of the pricing and promotion analytics platform; translating business requirements into analytical deliverables
:Designing, implementing, and measuring the impact of higher complexity pricing and promotion initiatives through A/B testing or baseline measurement to formulate actionable insights on next steps
:Working in a fast paced, ever changing environment that requires flexibility and agility with colleagues in different locations around the globe
In return, you will bring...
:Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related discipline
:3:5 years of experience, ideally in e:commerce, A/B testing, and/or pricing
:Passion, curiosity, and adaptability complemented by an ambitious personality to drive analyses that uncover impactful insights
:Must be proficient in SQL, ideally with exposure to R or Python
:Demonstrated experience translating business objectives into quantitative metrics and implementing tracking into scalable reporting; experience in Looker or Tableau a plus
:Strong communication skills to enable delivery of technical concepts to non:technical stakeholders
:Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks and initiatives
:Strong collaboration skills including communication, giving and receiving feedback, ability to work in cross functional teams, shared ownership of projects
:Ability to think outside the box, think creatively about accomplishing work
