Senior Product Manager - Digital & Technology

The Product Manager will play a fundamental role within the delivery team tasked with executing against the Leasing – CE division accelerated onboarding strategy that will leverage and enhance our Enterprise Data Platform and subsequent products for the regional markets.
Specifically, the Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing Data Migrations, Data Modelling, Data Enrichment and Data Integrations across multiple CBRE systems and products.
The individual must possess a strong knowledge of product management, data platforms, data migrations, data marts, integrations and project management experience.
Advanced spoken and written English is a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management / Business Analysis Understand and articulate data requirements, such asoHigh level source to target mapping for various datasets
Develop and prioritize a product backlogCollaborate with fellow Product Managers to align on requirements and solutioningStakeholder Engagement Actively engage across both business and technical stakeholders around requirements, solutions and delivery timelinesAct as a squad leadProject Management Lead the end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring timely execution of milestones.Draft delivery plans, such as data migration plansWork with the Program Manager to ensure all artifacts are up to date and draft regular progress communicationsPerson Specification / Requirements Basic Qualifications Degree in a related field of work or equivalent work experience5+ years' experience in product management, program management or technologyoExperience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
oExperience with backlog creation and management oTechnical competency – able to understand and participate in engineering decisions
