Senior Product Marketing Manager (Europe, M / F / D)

At Aidium, we are on a mission to bring modern technology solutions to the antiquated Mortgage industry.
We are building software tools to empower high-performing loan officers to manage customer relationships and automate their daily work.
Founded in 2019 and bringing our first beta to market in 2020, Aidium is continuing to remove the complexity of the archaic mortgage tech stack to unlock top-line expansion.
Set up as a remote company, our tech team is distributed across the US and Europe (we hire within MT and CET time zones).
We are all makers at heart, working as generalists to solve new challenges together.
Requirements We're looking for a senior-level Product Marketing Manager based in Europe or the UK to join the team.
6+ years in software / SaaS with experience in product marketing, product management, or related rolesProven track record of leading go-to-market launches and developing messaging that resonatesAbility to distill complex features into clear customer valueStrong collaboration skills across marketing, product, and salesDeep customer empathy and a strategic mindsetWhat you'll do You'll work closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing to ensure our users understand and adopt the right solutions, while positioning Aidium as the trusted choice in mortgage tech.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and featuresDevelop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Aidium in the marketOwn product launch plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful rolloutsCreate sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and product collateralConduct competitive research and market analysis to inform the roadmap and positioningPartner with product managers to ensure features are aligned with customer needs and market demandWork with marketing to drive awareness and adoption through campaigns, content, and eventsWhat we're looking for Exceptional written and verbal communicationA sharp eye for positioning and messagingComfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsIntellectual curiosity and a bias for actionWhat we offer Some of the most interesting and challenging work you will doCompetitive salary and equityUnlimited PTOWork remotely, no commuting to the officeRegular team events and offsitesMacbook of your choosing (or a PC, if you prefer)Seniority level
