The Building & Places division of AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Programmer for immediate employment in our Madrid office. High
skilled computer programmer for R&D division. All incumbents will focus on:
Developing and coding computer programs to store and retrieve data based on user’s business needs
Developing and and coding computer programs, add-ins and plug-ins to ease the feeding process of calculation software as well as resolution of common production issues
Testing and making changes and/or corrections to programs, add-ins and plug-ins prior to its implementation.
Providing technical programming support through implementation
Analyzing user needs to assist with designing software solutions, as required.
Intermediate to expert knowledge on software development methodologies
Bachelor MIS / Computer Science or Equivalent Work Experience
3 Years of proven work experience specifically utilizing Java and C# or .NET
3 years of proven software development utilizing SQL Server 2005 (Stored Procedures, Scheduling SQL Jobs, & Database Design).
Additional knowledge for developing for different Databases are valuable.
Skills and and knowledge in Python are a must.
Developed skills in Application and data workflows design
VBA, Revit API and Dynamo knowledge is highly valuable
B2 English level is valuable.
