Service Delivery Manager Airbus Defence and Space Getafe (ex Airbus Military)

Description of the job

Service delivery manager responsable to manage the desktop and printing services
.He has full accountability to maintain a good level of service according with the agreement we have with our provider and follow the services for the different KPI’s, activities, , services participating in the meetings to follow the good level of services .(SLA’s, OLA’s and KPI’s )

.Support and coordination to the implementation new demands and request to the provider all necessary devices, support and activities for the implementation of this new demand, Developing, implementing and ensure compliance with operational policies and procedure

To control all desktop services and printing budget forecast and to maintain it during all the period.

Improve the quality of services by evaluating and improving processes, as well as managing changes
Manage the development of the assigned work team
Meeting operational financial objectives, analysing risks and managing corrective actions
Tasks & accountabilities

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Required skills

Information Systems :3 to 5 years
General management :Less than 3 years
Project management :Less than 3 years
Team management :3 to 5 years
English :Negotiation level
