Your Mission You will craft and oversee dynamic, cross-national skill development programs.By innovating, launching, and steering global talent development initiatives, you will fuel employee growth and drive company success.Leadership training and various other developmental programs will be championed by you.Developing cutting-edge learning concepts will enhance digital, social, and continuous learning.You will conduct analyses to uncover global and local learning needs.The operational management of global training and development programs will be under your charge.Partnering with local HR business partners, you will pinpoint and address training and development needs.By tracking and reporting KPIs, you will evaluate the effectiveness of global training and learning programs.Your Talents University degree in personnel management, organizational psychology, business administration or a related field.Several years of experience in designing and delivering international learning and development programs content.Confident manner and experience in target group-oriented communication across all hierarchical levels.Strong in stakeholder management.Highly experienced in learning innovation in the areas of digital learning, face-to-face teaching, e-learning, coaching and blended learning and engagement solutions.Preferably experience with learning management systems - SuccessFactors Learning.Solid skills and experience in project management, preferably in a global context.Fluency in English (business level), other languages desirable.This position is only available in our office in Madrid.
