Role Summary:The Service Sales Specialist is responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities in anassigned territory , The Service Sales Specialist may work individually or where applicable as part of a One GE Healthcare team. The SSS isresponsible to maintain the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers and where applicable work in conjunction with Account Executives and Managers to gain access to CSuite decision makersEssential Responsibilities:Essential ResponsibilitiesFinancial PerformanceIs accountable to achieve Product/Solutions/Service orders and sales OP target for assigned accounts and or territoryEnsure pricing compliance for segment opportunitiesForecast orders and sales within the applicable sales funnel tools and reports for theirproducts/solutions/services in their assigned territory/accountsTerritory & Account ManagementCreate territory/account plans including opportunity development, competitive strategies andtargetsBuild strong business relationships and formulate account relationship plans within theassigned accounts/ territory. Identify & respond to key account technical and departmentaldecision makers’ needs and maintain customer contact records in the relevant CRM toolsMaintain a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territoryTrack and communicate market trends to/from the field including competitor data and developeffective counter-strategiesProduct & Market ExpertiseMaintain up to date detailed knowledge of their product/solution/services. Be able to presentand discuss the technology and clinical benefits in terms which are relevant to customersMaintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to theirproduct/solutions/servicesDevelop their understanding of the customers changing clinical and/or operational issues andchallengesCreate viable product configurations which meet customer needs effectively, while achievingoptimum margin for GEDifferentiate assigned product offering during the various stages of the sales process,effectively using GE resources and approved product marketing and product promotion material toactively support the customer through their decision making process towards a successfuloutcome for GERepresent the company at relevant medical conferences and technical exhibitions to promoteproduct/solution and companyOpportunity managementIdentify and create new opportunities and work with sales leaders and account teams (whereapplicable) to continuously increase prospect funnelDrive tender/bid process including the needs qualification, vendor selection, quotation andclosure of their product/solution/service opportunities to meet orders, sales and margin targets aswell as to maximize customer satisfaction assigned territoryOwnership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy,configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputOne GEHC teamworkContribute to account plans at accounts covered by account managers/executivesEducates account team members on their product/service/solution strategy and offeringsCollaborate with and leverage subject matter experts and other resources within GEHCchannels to build relationships and secure businessShare and follow-up identified leads to other product lines within own accounts and or OneGEHC accountsComplianceAdhere to and uphold highest standards of compliance to the relevant international and localRegulatory and GE Healthcare Promotional CodesAdhere to all applicable GE and GE Healthcare compliance policies, codes and trainingrequirementsIdentify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action asrequiredQualifications/Requirements: English Medium/highBachelor Degree at Technical /industrial Engineer or significant selling/promotion experience ina medical, healthcare or technical field (e.g. biomedical engineering, medical physicists or LifeSciences field)Previous experience in the Healthcare IndustryTechnical knowledge of Ultrasounds Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part ofsolutions based sales approachAbility to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organizationStrong capacity and drive to develop careerExcellent verbal and written communication skills in local language (Spanish ) aswell as good command of EnglishAbility to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messagesExcellent organizational skillsExcellent negotiation & closing skillsStrong presentation skillsWindows & Office High/Medium level.
