Position very closely linked to operational local production activity, it needs to be performed on site.The main missions of the role are:Assist the Site Manager in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives.Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. at site levelEnsure efficient communication processes and social environmentEnsure efficient payroll and administration processesGuarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policiesManage industrial relations with local employee representativesImplement Group HR policies and processes within the site, including "Employee Empowerment", part of the Faurecia Excellence SystemBuild and meet plant budgetReport relevant HR information to the Division / CountryEnsure and respect ICB AuditOthers:Perform the tasks in a disciplined manner and accept the responsibilities associated with it, according the quality, environment, health and safety policies and the company's strategic objectives in these areas.
