Se aconseja a los clientes en materia de vinos y se conocen a la perfección los productos ofrecidos en el outlet. Se sirve a los clientes en el outlet asignado, proporcionando un servicio profesional, eficiente y flexible siguiendo estándares y valores de 7Pines Resort Ibiza. Se fomenta maximizar las ventas y la satisfacción de los clientes. Se cumple con las normas de salud e higiene (APPCC). Se siguen las políticas de ahorro de energía y material y se reciclan los residuos generados. Se mantiene una buena comunicación con todos los compañeros del equipo de todos los departamentos en cuanto a los asuntos que puedan afectar de algún modo a la operativa del hotel y el bienestar de los clientes. Otras responsabilidades del puesto: conocer los productos ofrecidos en el outlet asignado. Atender las consultas de los clientes de manera cortés y eficiente. Informar a los supervisores de las quejas y los comentarios de los clientes. Saber manejar el sistema de TPV existente. Garantizar que el lugar de trabajo y la zona circundante se mantengan limpios y organizados en todo momento. Realizar el cierre y la apertura del outlet según los estándares de servicio.

Advising customers on wines and having a thorough knowledge of the products offered in the outlet. You serve to customers in the assigned outlet, providing a professional, efficient and flexible service following 7Pines Resort Ibiza standards and values. Maximising sales and customer satisfaction is encouraged. Health and hygiene standards (HACCP) are complied with. Energy and material saving policies are followed and waste generated is recycled. Good communication is maintained with all colleagues in the team and other departments on issues that may affect the hotel's operations and the well-being of customers. Other job responsibilities are: be familiar with the products offered in the assigned outlet. To deal with customer enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. Report customer complaints and comments to supervisors. Know how to operate the existing POS system. Ensure that the workplace and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times. Perform closing and opening of the outlet according to service standards.

Conocimientos o formación como Sommelier o similar. Mentalidad abierta, ciudadanía europea. Alta orientación al servicio, al cliente y a la consecución de resultados. Hablar español e inglés. Cualquier otro idioma se considera un plus. Conocimientos y experiencia en hoteles de 5 estrellas/lujo de 1 a 2 años. Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y de forma autónoma. Ser dinámico, innovador.
